ChaChaChaChanges

Wow, am I ever getting a late start tonight! It's half past midnight here; company, you know. I'm not a mouse or a man, so I thought my plans would be immune from going awry until the drop-in visit lasted for more than two hours. Oh, well, its not the end of the world.
Ok, so back to work and let me tell you about the changes. First, thanks to you, the ranking status of 'head for threads' has risen enough that Orble has agreed to give it domain status. Just wanted to mention that so I could thank you.
The second change is long overdue. Looking at the archives, its obvious from the willy-nilly, around-here-and-over-there thread of the threads that there is absolutely no structure with this blog. This isn't cool. If a blog is going to thread itself all over the place, it should at very least have some parameters around that place.
Therefore, starting with tomorrow's post, we're gonna have a new feel followed closely by a new look. Each day, I'll pick out something from the news and expand on it as much as possible , without boring you to death with it.
Don't look for too much in the way of headline news, though. How many times in one day do you really need to be reminded there's a war in Iraq or North Korea likes to play with nuclear weapons?
No, 'threads' is headed more for things that are neat to know. Things on the order of the bird found last week in the Andes.
I suppose now I'll have to come up with a good sign-off line.
